Hi, I’m Vicky. I integrate sport psychology and counselling techniques with professional sports coaching skills to lead you where you want to go in your sporting life. You’ll learn to think better, recognise your behaviour patterns and reach positive outcomes related to the challenges you set yourself; you will develop psychological skills to enhance your physical abilities.
