Do you suffer from troubling nerves or feelings of anxiety before your events?

As part of my Diploma in CBT I am hoping to recruit participants interested in attending a short course of group work sessions. These sessions will be linked, and ideally you will be able to sign up for 3 x 90 minutes. The plan would be to deliver them on Monday evenings during race season to give you opportunities to test out new ideas at your events.
Typical topics will be:
Stress and Anxiety and how they affect us.
How your thoughts and behaviour are linked.
Attention Training – noticing triggers, changing focus, new ways of thinking.
Pre-event and event planning.
Designing your Race Identity
The dates I have in mind are Monday June 23rd, Monday July 7th and Monday July 21st, from 6 30pm-8pm – to be confirmed (they are two weeks apart, and hopefully fall on a rest day for you if you have been at events over the weekend).
It would be great if you could attend in person, however I am happy to deliver the sessions via Microsoft Teams for convenience.
It would be great to hear from you if you think you can attend and I’ll make up an attendance list and programme.
