Part 2: Rounding up my summer work with thanks to everyone who makes it possible.
Yesterday I was explaining how different my summer felt from a coaching perspective. This is in part down to changes for my clients and changes I am consciously implementing myself. The relationships I develop with my clients take unexpected turns and lead to outcomes that could not have been imagined when we began working together. This applies to both their achievements and my development as a coach and professional therapist.
I asked a client to write a testimonial for my website and feel very proud to share it with you here.

It is also worth noting that the connections I make are broad and varied. I would not have launched The Sports Counsel if it weren’t for those connections and the sharing spirit of people I meet along the way. Reflecting on the inherent generosity of others and on my own practice is part of my ongoing Diploma in CBT: I cannot do this without all of you. To illustrate, in the short summer season I can safely say that the work I have done has all been linked with the generosity of a person or group or a simple conversation;

- Matt Wiliamson Physiotherapy
- Cormack Psychology
- Fiona Outdoors
- Kelly Ludwig Health & Wellness
- Scottish Masters Hockey
- Dirt Diva’s MTB and Susan Cameron
- Dragons Back Race and Ourea Events and my work as a partner in Fit-Think
- Glasgow Triathlon club
- My sister Pauline Armory
So, a hearty thank you to those who I’ve mentioned here and to the conversation starters and supporters I have not mentioned.
